Employer Programs

Many employers are offering internships or apprenticeships in order for students to “try out” the profession before signing up for training or postsecondary education. These programs represent excellent career planning opportunities. For example, the City of Westminster is creating a multi-departmental internship program in order to expand the career awareness and opportunities for our students. Over a dozen careers are represented and this is only the start of a stronger link from school to career.
