Business Marketing

 

Do you want to start your own business?  Are you creative?  If so, the Business/Marketing Program is for you.  You will learn about business management, entrepreneurship, and other careers in business. Marketing helps turn everyday products into household names. Learn how to identify potential customers, develop campaigns that generate interest and drive spending, and how companies maximize market share through product development and enhancement, customer service, and social media. Through hands-on projects and regional and national competitions, you can test your ability to pitch your product or service effectively.

WHS Courses:

  • Introduction to Business
  • Principles of Marketing
  • Business and Marketing Applications and Capstone 

Industry Credential(s)/Advanced Credit:

  • Students can earn the Entrepreneurship and Small Business Certification (ESB) and Google Workspace industry credential(s), as well as earn college credit through Front Range Community College through this pathway.  

Business Student Organization -  FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) 

  • All students in business classes have the opportunity to join FBLA.  Student organizations help students provide training and realistic learning experiences to prepare students for employment in careers, develop leadership skills, and more.  If you are interested, ask Mr. Davis how you can be involved.
